Meditations, parables, and reflections — ripples arising in the endless field of Conscious Awareness. Each piece points gently back to the field itself: simple, whole, eternal.
We Must Remember This
expand rather than contract
“You are so accustomed to feeling yourself as a center that this habit contracts you away from your wholeness. You go away from the vast nothing in order to be a small something. You go away from your Absence to create a presence.”
In non-dual reality, to be human is simply one of an infinite number of experiences arising within the field of Conscious Awareness.
Yet we imagine ourselves to be a separate being among many separate beings. In this forgetting, we contract—mistaking ourselves for a fragment rather than the whole. We leave our innate vastness to become a small, defined something. And in that contraction, we sacrifice the peace and happiness that are never truly absent, only obscured.
We must remember:
🌌 Humans live within Conscious Awareness; Conscious Awareness does not live within humans.
In this remembering, peace is not attained—it is revealed. Happiness is not created—it is uncovered. The “vast nothing” we flee is not empty; it is full of everything we truly are.
